The marina wanted the pontoon on a trailer. James came to the lift. Gear lube was milky, so he changed it and resealed the lower unit. Had me ready for the water in the spring, and he did the WaveRunner before he left. I’ve had him back for both since.

Raw water left in a block, manifold, or powerhead expands when it freezes.
Gear lube that went milky sits and rusts. Ethanol fuel pulls in moisture all winter. The visit costs a fraction of that damage.

What we work on
Outboards and pontoons
Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, and the other motors on the lake. Our winterization procedure is specific to your motor, not a generic checklist.
Sterndrives
Volvo Penta and similar inboard/outboards. Manifolds and the raw-water side are where freeze damage hides.
Personal watercraft
WaveRunners and Sea-Doos need a real winterization service. Draining the hull and hoping is not one.
Where it sits
On a lift, on a trailer, still in the water, or already in storage. Say which when you book. It changes the job.
